Natural Red Hair Colors

Red hair is the most difficult to match because of all the variations that can happen with natural red. Auburn is the most popular color and then there are variations of gingers and ambers along the way.

I use Amber to add more red to the color mix. For example you may be an auburn/red which is about 75% auburn and 25% amber. A little Amber goes a long way.

Strawberry blond / amber mix is also another popular color combination. It is best to request color swatches to match your red hair but you can also send a swatch of your hair to me for the closest match of all!

Dyed Red Hair colors

Red looks like a coke can.

Red tomato is a little darker and even though it is a dyed red color it has some natural variations through it.

Golden Berry is just what it says - it is Gold mixed with Berry.

I can make many color variations by blending.

Amber and Berry make a close color #130.

Berry is my mixed version of a close #350.

Burgundy has a more maroon color to it while Velvet is more red.

Red hair is the most difficult to match. It is best to request color swatches- they are free - just ask!
